Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain pristine standards for public areas including lobbies, corridors, and dining spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols following CDC guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Flexible availability for weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
