Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely (floor buffers, extractors)
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards per OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and coverage
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality assurance checklists
- Address special guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
