Responsibilities
- Execute Thorough Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Room Preparation: Ensure all amenities are stocked, linens are fresh, and rooms are ready for new arrivals promptly.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Sanitation Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot dust, stains, and details to ensure a perfect guest experience.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules efficiently.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
