Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash receptacles.
- Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to management immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and health department regulations strictly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and inventory is managed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends, alternating weekends, or specific weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
