Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality across all assignments
- Adapt cleaning methods to different property types and client preferences
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with clients

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
