Your Role:
As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of our establishment by delivering exceptional service through cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas (lobbies, restrooms) to a high standard of excellence.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are stocked and neatly arranged.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow strict chemical safety and cleaning protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned rooms within shift hours.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Organize storage closets and laundry areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston, MA location.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
