Responsibilities
- Deep clean and prepare luxury guest rooms to 5-star standards
- Refresh linens, amenities, and bathroom fixtures daily
- Service public areas including lobby, fitness center, and conference spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak check-in/check-out times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hotel experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
