Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all room standards meet brand specifications
- Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic English communication skills for team interaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Valid work authorization in the United States
