Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial spaces including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain pristine bathroom/kitchen facilities
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with attention to personalized client preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for multi-site roles)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Background check and drug test clearance required
