Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in all assigned rooms
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to management
- Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices
