Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest suites.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the secure storage of guest belongings and maintain confidentiality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and cleaning agents.
- Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
