Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Change linens and make beds to luxury standards
- Service public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to OSHA and brand-specific sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license (for supply runs)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants
- Basic English communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Background check and drug screen required
