Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure pristine conditions.
- Change linens, make beds to hotel standards, and replenish amenities in bathrooms.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to cover locations in Washington DC and Pennsylvania.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
