Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas including lobbies and corridors.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards and hotel protocols.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned room blocks within shift deadlines.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and floor staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
