Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate housekeeping requests and maintenance issues
- Deliver 5-star customer service across all touchpoints
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for operational excellence
- Process guest feedback and implement service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun + holidays required)
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid California Food Handler Card preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting (25 lbs)
- Fluent English; bilingual Spanish a plus
