Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist with concierge services and special guest requests to exceed expectations.
- Perform nightly security checks and close-out duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driverβs license.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
