Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing and moving around the property for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
