Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge functions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Uphold safety and security protocols throughout all areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude with team-oriented mindset
