Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room assignments and respond to guest requests 24/7
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain security protocols during overnight shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and speed
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and handover procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if valet duties assigned)
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
