Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management software for reservations and billing
- Upsell room packages and amenities to enhance revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
