Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining packages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy summaries for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
