Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate financial records and POS transactions
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
