Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Process check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
- NYS Food Handler's Certificate (for F&B roles)
- Valid NY State driver's license (if required for position)
