Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to hotel standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and sanitize high-touch points.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests or clients.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
