Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership papers on sustainable innovation models
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and digital transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech or business strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
