Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-forward innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Certified Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or human-machine convergence
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital for futuristic ventures
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating >$50M in new revenue streams
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaboration
