Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive technologies
- Design innovation frameworks for 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align future vision with corporate strategy
- Curate and manage an external futurist advisory network
- Conduct scenario planning for potential 2026 market disruptions
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven experience publishing trend analysis or foresight reports
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Certification in strategic foresight preferred (e.g., CFIP)
