- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight required
