Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and innovation roadmaps for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on market disruption risks/opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-ready business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce trend reports and foresight frameworks for internal/external audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with emerging technology ecosystems (Web3, AI, AR/VR)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
