Qualifications

- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles

- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience managing distributed research teams
- Published work in futurist or business innovation publications
