Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology trends
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for C-suite executives at Fortune 500 partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Curate annual 'FutureProof' summit featuring 100+ global futurists
- Advise product teams on 5-10 year roadmap integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major industry publications
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
