- Develop and maintain Horizon's strategic foresight framework with quarterly horizon scanning reports
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and product development teams
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market opportunities and technological inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
