Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly innovation roadmaps identifying high-impact opportunities across emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness across business units
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on 2026 technology and societal shifts
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into cohesive narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on complex strategic topics
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, backcasting)
