Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on 2026 industry disruptors
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of future-ready technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptability
- Advise executive leadership on geopolitical, technological, and climate-related 2026 risks
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable development goals
- Experience building diverse, multidisciplinary innovation teams
