Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for stakeholder alignment
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption curves and competitive positioning
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups for strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
