Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for the organization
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-ready initiatives
- Identify innovation opportunities and disruption risks across industries
- Design and conduct horizon scanning and trend assessment methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to align future vision with product development
- Produce executive briefings and strategic recommendations for long-term planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of technological disruption drivers (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
