- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product and service blueprints
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most pressing challenges
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
