Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps incorporating emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovations for 2026-2030
- Design and facilitate executive strategy workshops using scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks to assess future viability of new ventures
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight tools across product and R&D teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly desired
