Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and human augmentation systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, ethicists, and industry stakeholders
- Author white papers and scenario models for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure patents for proprietary future-state methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurism summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
