Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Impact Reports analyzing technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI-integrated business operations and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify 2026-relevant opportunities in quantum computing and neurotech
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products targeting 2026 market demands
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 paradigm shifts
- Deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ industry transformation
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms like Trend Hunter or Gartner
