As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists and neuroscientists to develop predictive models that redefine industries. Your work will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments in sustainable tech, AI ethics, and human augmentation.
Responsibilities
- Design 3-5 year strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech disruption (quantum, bio-AI, metaverse)
- Develop proprietary trend forecasting models with 85%+ accuracy
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and WIRED
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published research on technological singularity or ethical AI governance
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Gephi, Tableau) and NLP platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future scenarios (2018-2023)
- Experience advising on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
