- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies aligning with 2026 strategic pillars
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Mentor emerging futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in futures/innovation domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation mastery
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic frameworks or impact projects
