Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop actionable foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating automation, quantum computing, and climate resilience transitions
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex foresight data into executable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Author high-impact thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future-readiness authority
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record developing strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futurist.com, Horizon Scanning platforms)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of published future-focused strategy work
