Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology impacts
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy (min. 70% validation rate)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 executive audiences
