Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) into core business models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership frameworks for industry conferences and stakeholder communications
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness through pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to track strategic progress and adapt plans based on real-time data and global market shifts
- Represent the company at futurist forums and build strategic alliances with academic institutions and government bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps in tech-driven industries
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech solutions
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in forecasting tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or successful strategic transformation projects
