As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll leverage cutting-edge research, predictive analytics, and cross-industry partnerships to identify breakthrough opportunities. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies that position our clients as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuroeconomics) and develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan Reports with data-driven forecasts for 2026-2030
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve senior leadership on strategic pivots and market evolution trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and long-range forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects implemented at scale
