Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological evolution
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging trends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or foresight roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, climate tech, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives with measurable impact
