Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and socio-political vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and moonshot projects

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic white papers
