Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic frameworks for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to expand foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
