Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026-2030 corporate foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating moonshot projects with 10-year+ impact horizons
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for executive board and investor audiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, biotech, and AI research institutions
- Design resilience protocols for technological singularity scenarios and ethical governance frameworks
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or recognized thought leadership in exponential tech
- Proven track record of incubating billion-dollar innovation pipelines
- Deep expertise in scenario planning for black swan events and systemic risk modeling
- Fluency in at least two exponential technology domains (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Certified in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning) with advanced data visualization skills
